What are your days and hours of operation?7 days a week from 6 am-7 pm. Upon request, we can schedule servicing outside of our set hours.

Does NC Teknologies provide same day servicing?Yes, we can provide same day servicing.

Do I need a pre service consultation before booking a service?Yes. In order to ensure we understand the scope of your request and understand what resources are needed, site surveys are required. We need to assess the site prior to servicing.

Do you provide services outside of the state of Michigan?Yes, we provided services outside of Michigan. We typically travel up to 300 miles but we are willing to arrange travel beyond 300 miles.

Do you provide services to Canada?Yes, we service Canada depending on the location where services are requested.

How long do services take?Service times depend on the service requested.

Will you provide services at residential properties or do you only service commercial properties?We provide services to both residential and commercial properties.
